The Standard Quantum Sampler is a poppet style inline sampler for slurries and process liquids.
Each stroke takes either a 25 cc or 50 cc sample, depending on the selected spool size, allowing you to build a truly representative, time based composite sample of your process stream.
A dedicated Quantum Sampler control system is available for quick, straightforward installation and operation. If you
prefer, the sampler can also be integrated into your existing DCS or PLC using one of our interface boxes, so it fits
neatly into your plant control philosophy.
Achieves reliable, timebased composite samples from pressurised pipelines and gravity lines.
Only one moving part for simple, low maintenance operation and high reliability.
With the process line isolated, seals can typically be changed in under 10 minutes, reducing downtime and service costs.
316 stainless steel wetted parts with an internal wear sleeve for long service life in abrasive and corrosive duties.
Standard XNBR process seals, with EPDM or Viton options available to suit different process chemistries.
Alternative materials of construction, such as 904L stainless steel, SAF2205 duplex or Titanium, available on request for challenging applications.
A range of process connections can be supplied, including TriClover fittings, 2″ BSPP and 2″ NPS threaded connections.
