The Mini Quantum Sampler is a compact version of the proven 2″ NPS/BSPP threaded Quantum Sampler, designed with the same emphasis on reliability and ease of use. It operates and is maintained in exactly the same way as the Standard Quantum Sampler, making it ideal where space is limited or smaller line sizes are used.

The Mini Quantum Sampler is supplied with either 1″ NPS or 1″ BSP threaded process connections and is fitted with EPDM process seals as standard. All process‑wetted parts are 316 stainless steel, with an alloy air cylinder barrel as the standard build; an FRP barrel, alternative seal materials such as Viton, and a wide range of other process connections are available on request.

An internal 316 stainless steel wear sleeve is fitted as standard, and the sampler includes a 3/4″ NPT sample discharge tube. Each stroke takes a 10 cc sample from your process stream, allowing you to build a representative time‑based composite sample in a smaller format.
